The time that it will take for your order to be delivered depends on your destination, the item(s) you ordered, and the delivery partner that is delivering your order.
The average time for the order to be delivered is 8-21 days.
You can always check the status of your order on our tracking page once the item(s) have been shipped out and you receive the tracking information in your email.

 

We offer standard shipping for $4.95 USD.
FREE shipping will be applied to all orders over $25USD

 

In case of ordering the wrong items please contact us as soon as possible on our customer support email: support@myfitmotive.com with your order details.
If the item hasn't been shipped out yet we will cancel the order and refund you with the full amount.

 

We offer 30 day worry-free refund period after the arrival of your order. If your item(s) are in a brand new condition please contact us on our email: support@myfitmotive.com and we will refund you after confirming the return and receiving the item(s).

Due to our store shipping worldwide and working with different shipping couriers, tracking becomes available once the order has reached the country of destination.
Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking to become available after the item has been shipped.
